Upload an MDS product export file — either the tab-delimited .txt or the .xlsx version. You will see a preview of every change before anything is saved.
This one file updates the catalog (products, costs, pricing) and fills lot expiration dates. On-hand quantities are never changed. You'll see a preview before anything is saved.
Update NDC & MPN only writes just the identifiers from the file and leaves descriptions, costs, pricing, active/discontinued, strength and size exactly as they are. A valid NDC is normalised to 5-4-2; anything that isn't an NDC is blanked and kept as the MPN. A product the file has no identifier for is left alone. It never creates products and never touches lots.
Per-lot purchase costs, from an MDS inventory export. Only the Purchase Price column is read — other column edits are ignored. Lot, MDS Number and Qty are validation references. Add a row below a lot to record a second (vendor, price) for the same lot.
Upload a .zip of product images named by the identifier you match on. Products that already have an image are skipped, so you can re-upload your whole folder anytime — only missing ones get filled in.
