Import products

Upload an MDS product export file — either the tab-delimited .txt or the .xlsx version. You will see a preview of every change before anything is saved.

This one file updates the catalog (products, costs, pricing) and fills lot expiration dates. On-hand quantities are never changed. You'll see a preview before anything is saved.

Bulk product images

Upload a .zip of product images named by NDC (e.g. 72485-0670-35.png). Each image is matched to a product by exact NDC. Products that already have an image are skipped, so you can re-upload your whole folder anytime — only missing ones get filled in.
